Sea and Rock is offered as a single Villa to provide you with the highest levels of privacy and security.  All 3 floors have balcony access as well as all bedrooms. Bathrooms are fitted with spa baths, seamless showers, under floor and towel rail heating. Glass, Stacking doors open out to the patio levels consisting to two Jacuzzis, two saltwater swimming pools, of which one is heated, a gas barbeque and even a Zen Garden.

All kitchens are finished with the latest technology in appliances. Two kitchens extend to a scullery, pantry and laundry room.  There is a separate Bar area for entertaining with its own kitchen, LCD TVs and indoor BBQ. The Bar opens out to the top floor deck and Jacuzzi.

All three lounges have large plasmas, DVD players, CD players and I-Pod docking stations. The main lounge has an X-Box with a selection of games.

A separate office is equipped with a computer, printer, scanner and wireless internet access is throughout all levels of the Villa.

While the villa sleeps 14, there are 2 sleeper couches which can extend the sleeping arrangement to 18 if needed. There is also a cot for a baby.
